Getting a 2 year old to eat enough is hard. I consider Sawyer a pretty good eater and mealtime can still be an epic battle. He likes fruit and lots of it, and not much else. It’s the one thing that he will always eat no matter what. So I’ve been trying to find new and creative ways to give it to him, along with other ingredients to give him the energy he needs to get through his day!
We have smoothies, fruit salads, dried fruit, fruit dipped in chocolate, etc. We do it all! I love that my kiddo loves fruit because it’s good for him and easy for me, but I need more ways to serve it to him!

My favorite time of the season- FabFitFun time! I seriously look forward to the arrival of this box every 3 months or so. It always makes my day and is filled with the best stuff.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: FabFitFun is such a treat. As a busy mom, I don’t often like to spend too much money on things for myself. But every few months I get a box full of high quality goodies just for me and I love it! That’s the beauty of subscription boxes.

If I hit “publish” on this before midnight, I can still call it a Friday Favorites post, right? This week has been nothing short of disappointing, crazy, busy, scary, and every other emotion you can think of. I’ll do a quick pregnancy update next week but basically, last weekend I started showing the beginning signs of preeclampsia and have been on a modified bed rest ever since. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything yet, thank goodness. We’re hoping if I rest and take it easy we can avoid big blood pressure spikes. We’ll see. Keep me in your prayers!

We’re back from vacation! We had an amazing time, I’ll have a full recap up later this week (plus a separate Disneyland post). I’m exhausted but ready to get back to work.
I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant. I’ve been trying to stay as active as possible by working out regularly. There are so many benefits to working out during pregnancy. It reduces the risk of gestational diabetes, eases aches and pains (which I have a lot of this time around), can make labor and delivery easier, and help you lose the baby weight quicker!
One of the most stressful things a woman can go through, and yet, we take away her wine. It’s a cruel rule.
I’ve also got a bit of a sweet tooth (plus a pretty intense ice craving), so sometimes I like to make fun mocktails!

It’s one of my favorite times of year! The start of every new season brings a new FabFitFun box, and the Spring one did not disappoint.
Seriously, I think this is my favorite box so far. It had some amazing stuff! And it’s making me so excited for Spring to be here. Warmer weather, picnics, park days, and more! I love this time of year. The Spring box came equipped with so many great things, I can’t rave enough about it. I loved everything.
