The May Pregnancy Box from Ecocentric Mom was so fun!
I love getting fun things to pamper myself with during pregnancy. It’s important to have things for me, to make me feel better, physically during this hard time. Taking some me time is often just what I need after a day of swollen feet, an achy back, and terrible heartburn.

Happy Friday! This week has been a crazy one. My best friend is getting married tomorrow! It’s going to be a great weekend, I’m really excited.
I’ve got the rehearsal dinner tonight but before I leave I wanted to share a few fun products with you! I love supporting small businesses and sharing products I’ve found useful. I tend to be on the “crunchy” side and these oils and sippy cups are both great for you and the environment!

It can be hard to feel good while you’re pregnant. I know pregnancy can sometimes make me feel my absolute best and more feminine. But other times, it really makes me feel my worst. I’m bloated, uncomfortable, and unpleasant (just ask my husband).
A little pampering and relaxation can go a long way with making me feel better.

I know, I know, its February 3rd.
But January was a really hard pregnancy month (#firsttrimesterproblems), and I took a lot of naps and my little corner of the internet had to go on the back burner to my nausea and fatigue.
But now, I’m in my second trimester and my energy is back! Mostly. So I’m catching up, and you’ll get 2 Grove posts this month.
If you’ve never heard of Grove, head here!
It’s still that time of year. The time for sickness. Yuck. Especially the stomach bug! Just this past weekend we were out of town and my sister came down with it. But, even when it’s not that time of year, there are still a lot of things you can do that will keep you healthy.
I’ve always had tummy issues. It’s caused me a lot of pain and sick days over the years. I’ve learned a good way to keep my gut healthy is by taking probiotics.
What is a probiotic?
Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. We usually think of bacteria as something that causes diseases. But your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called “good” or “helpful” bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.

My apologies that I haven’t been posting as often the past couple of weeks. This pregnancy exhaustion is getting the best of me. But I’m nearing the end of the first trimester and starting to get some energy back so hopefully I will be back to my regular blogging routine soon!
I’m connoting my journey to rid my home of harmful chemicals into 2017. I made a lot of progress last year, but I’m not done yet! Today I want to talk about odors.
